The website is operated by DARA Telecom Pty. Ltd. (ACN 702 829 230), a company registered in Victoria, Australia ("DARA Telecom", "we", "us").
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The website gives general information about DARA Telecom and the products and services we are developing.
Our products are at an early stage. Features, capabilities, availability and timelines described on the site may change, and some may not be released.
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, a binding commitment or a guarantee of results. Any product or service will be supplied under a separate written agreement.
Nothing on the website is an offer of shares or other investment, or investment advice.

Technical content on the site, including material about O-RAN, rApps, network optimisation, drones, robots and non-terrestrial networks, is general information only.

The DARA name and logos, and the text, graphics, images, videos and code on the website, belong to DARA Telecom or its licensors.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't imply endorsement or partnership.
