Dr Mo Nadder is CTO and Co-Founder of Dara Telecom; based in Melbourne Australia.
With more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications operators and technology companies, Mo brings deep expertise in mobile network strategy, RAN performance, RF engineering, 4G/5G networks, spectrum, MIMO, antennas and network optimisation. He previously held senior network strategy and capacity-planning roles with Etisalat and technology leadership positions with CommScope and Andrew.
At Dara Telecom, Mo leads the company's technology vision and product development, combining advanced wireless-network expertise with drone-based data collection and analytics to make mobile and satellite network performance testing faster, more scalable and more insightful.
Ahmed Hamdy is Chief Delivery Officer and Co-Founder of Dara Telecom; based in Athlone, Ireland.
With more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications operators and technology vendors, Ahmed brings deep expertise in Telecommunication Management Networks, Agile delivery, software development, cloud, DevOps, observability and AI-augmented delivery. Having shifted left from operations and support into development and delivery leadership, he held senior Scrum Master, Agile coaching and team leadership roles with Ericsson, Etisalat and Telecom Egypt.
At Dara Telecom, Ahmed leads the development and delivery of the company’s software, from the customer portal to its O-RAN rApps, combining Agile, AI-augmented delivery with deep telecom experience to turn drone-collected network data into reliable, production-ready solutions with the best possible customer experience.
